Edge of Space Race

To make it sure a well-known Ferrari race car test driver came to Nizhniy Novgorod Sokol Airbase. Being well-prepared for high speeds and g-loads and willing to test both himself and the aircraft he has chosen the most impressive program – Edge of Space Flight.

This adventure shifted all his expectations indeed: the aircraft flew to the height of 18300 meters and after that performed the inverted flight maneuver. Later there were all breathtaking higher aerobatics possible including tailslide, knife maneuvers, combat turns, rolls, etc., g-loads up to 8 g and burst of adrenaline.

To conclude the program our sky conqueror visited Sokol airbase museum and then left Nizhny Novgorod happy with this experience.
